Before I used to take yoga seriously, but also in a very physical way, like it was just a means to keep myself healthy, to keep myself in check. And I think yoga helps help has helped me after my training to realize that it's more than just that in terms of my day-to-day life.
Now I asked myself, okay, what is my body today? And I'll work with the training that I think even to further emphasize and nourish that relationship. I'm now more mindful of what I need. And where I should be going.
