Boon was not a firm believer of yoga initially. He thought that, yoga is a practise that focused on gaining flexibility. However, after getting introduced to yoga and in the early stage of his yoga practise, he found out that yoga is more than just flexibility but also building strength. He is always amazed that sometimes in yoga we get to learn to engage some part of our body muscle that he never though existed. Soon he realise that yoga is beyond just flexibility and strength but also the connection between mind, body and breath.

Boon loves to balance on his arms and getting inverted. His practice is focused on building strength and flexibility through the whole body to ensure a well-balanced strength, flexibility and mobile body.
