Align 101

Align 101 is an alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes alignment and breath while entering, holding, and leaving the posture. It uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath while holding the poses to develop flexibility and relaxation.

Ashtanga – 1/2 Primary Series

This class is based on the system of Ashtanga yoga, which emphasizes on vinyasa (breath-movement coordination), drishti (focus point) and bandhas (energy locks). In this class, students will be guided through the fixed sequence of postures from the Ashtanga Primary Series and may be provided with instructions on modification of poses that prove challenging.

  • Suitable for all levels, except for those who are new to Ashtanga
  • Ashtanga-Foundation is recommended for those who are new to Ashtanga.


Ashtanga REMIX

This class is designed to improve skills and techniques to be able to do ashtanga transitions and take your ashtanga and vinyasa practice to new levels.

Whether you are looking for your first handstand or seeking to fine-tune your handstand practice, this is the class for you. Our multi-level class is a structured programme that focuses on mobility and strengthening drills, alignment and handstand progressions that will lead you safely towards executing a handstand with comfort and ease. Beginners are welcome as this class will provide a strong foundation for attaining the coveted handstand! Be ready for a fun and challenging exploration into the handstand practice!

This is a relatively slow-paced and gentle class that focuses on static postures held for slightly longer durations, compared to Vinyasa/Hatha Flow classes. This class will enable students to establish a solid foundation in classic Hatha postures, with a strong focus on breath and safe alignment. Cues for basic, intermediate/advanced variations of postures may be provided to cater to all levels. Suitable for all levels or those new to yoga to learn or deepen the foundations of the practice.

Hatha Advance

In this steady-paced yoga class traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment with emphasis on building core strength, stamina, flexibility and balance as well as improving concentration and breath control.

Hatha Advance focuses on refinement of the basics, the practice of Sun Salutations and introduction to revolved standing poses, hand balances, inversions and backbends. Students will learn how to advance the asana practice with peak posture breakdowns, proper alignments and creative props may be used for developing skills and techniques.

  • Suitable for students with prior or consistent Yoga practice.


Hatha Flow

A flow class focusing on moving from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The flow will involve creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and even inversions.

Pilates classes focus on developing core stability, strength, flexibility, muscle endurance, coordination, balance and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles.

Vinyasa is a flow-based practice that seamlessly combines postures to help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Energising and dynamic, be prepared to keep moving and get your heart pumping! Due to the continuous nature of this class, there is little or no time for detailed explanation/cues, so understanding of basic poses is recommended. Inversions and arm balances may be introduced. Preparatory or modified variations will be provided to cater to various proficiency levels of students.

  • Suitable for students with prior or consistent Yoga practice.
  • Hatha/ Yin Yang is recommended for beginners


Yin & Yang

The Yin / Yang class melds the philosophies of Yin and Yang (Vinyasa) yoga to create an energetically balanced practice. The Yin portion of this class is dedicated to a passive slow-paced practice, where poses are held for an extended period of time (3-5 minutes) to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints – a perfect complement to the dynamic and energetic Yang portion of this class. This complete practice will give you the best of both worlds – expect to leave the class feeling energized yet pleasantly relaxed!

Yogalates, as the name suggests, is a fusion practice inspired by yoga and Pilates. Often described as “East meets West,” because it merges the ancient Indian practice of yoga with the Western practice of Pilates.

It combines the yogic focus on enhanced mind and body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation with Pilates techniques to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement.

Strong & Fluid

Linking breath to movement this class offers a faster pace practice, explores more complex movements and sequences including twists, backbends; options for inversions and arm balances layered over solid foundations.  The focus is on developing total body strength (upper, lower and core strength).

Expect to sweat loads and have loads of fun!
