Yoga was first introduced to Rubi to kickstart an active lifestyle. At first, Yoga was her way to build and maintain strength, flexibility and balance. She later discovers that yoga allowed her to let go of the self doubts and find peace and contentment in the present. 

Rubi teaches Stretch & Splits, Stretch & Flow classes that offer opportunities for multi-level practitioners to build strength, flexibility and mobility.

Rubi aims to empower participants to move with mindfulness and surrender to your own body. She believes that respecting your limits and loving your body is the key to a sustainable active lifestyle, just like how yoga has been an important part of her life now.
