Hatha Yoga, a class more focused on static holds and safe alignments, our Hatha practice helps students establish a solid foundation in classic Hatha postures. This is a mixed-level class with options for beginners and regular practitioners.

Power Yoga, a practice that works on both strength and flexibility, building up to deeper expressions of asanas and peak poses. A mixed-level class that is suitable for students with regular practice.
