Our New Offerings

Hatha Yoga, a class more focused on static holds and safe alignments, our Hatha practice helps students establish a solid foundation in classic Hatha postures. This is a mixed-level class with options for beginners and regular practitioners.

Stretch & Splits class focuses on stretching and gaining flexibility in the hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors, hips and quads to achieve split poses. Props like straps and blocks may be used to deepen the stretch. Suitable for all levels.
