Best way to find what classes would be best suited for you is by trying them. To make this easier we have categorized our classes in 3 category. If you are new to yoga practice. Please let our teacher know before class so he/she can help you in your practice.

Level I

  • A class more focused on static holds and safe alignments, our Hatha practice helps students establish a solid foundation in classic Hatha postures. This is a mixed-level class with options for beginners and regular practitioners.

  • A beautifully balanced class that brings both dynamic movements and static holds into one session on your mat. If you like moving with intention in Flow classes, and also the grounding holds in Yin, try this class that will awaken the breath and open the body. Suitable for all levels.

  • The Yin / Yang class melds the philosophies of Yin and Yang (Vinyasa) yoga to create an energetically balanced practice. The Yin portion of this class is dedicated to a passive slow-paced practice, where poses are held for an extended period of time (3-5 minutes) to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints – a perfect complement to the dynamic and energetic Yang portion of this class. This complete practice will give you the best of both worlds – expect to leave the class feeling energized yet pleasantly relaxed!

    Suitable for all levels including beginners

  • This is a slow and quiet static hold practice where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. These long holds help practitioners focus on their breath to calm the mind, while allowing the body to eventually acquire greater ranges of motion through the asanas. Suitable for all practitioners.

Multilevel

  • A traditional flow-based practice that seamlessly combines postures to help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility, while having a solid focus on your breath. Inversions and arm balances may be introduced. Suitable for students with prior or consistent Yoga practice.

  • A practice that works on both strength and flexibility, building up to deeper expressions of asanas and peak poses. A mixed-level class that is suitable for students with regular practice.

  • Dynamic flow from poses to poses, infused with the harmony of alignment, breaths and core building asanas. A mixed-level class that challenges the regular practitioner.

Specialized

  • Find out more about Anti-gravity in this class and how we can conquer our fear of inversion with safe practice and techniques! Students can expect strengthening and stabilising postures to prepare the body for headstands, handstand, forearm balance as well as variations of these poses. Suitable for all levels.


  • If you are searching for your first handstand, or seeking to fine-tune your handstand practice, this is the class for you. Our multi-level class is a structured programme that focuses on mobility and strengthening drills, alignment and progressions that will lead you safely towards executing a handstand with comfort and ease. Suitable for regular practitioners.

  • A strong, dynamic class that explores arm balances and builds control and strength. as part of the practice. Suitable for practitioners who are familiar foundational arm balances like Crow pose, and ready to explore more shapes and transitions on their hands.

  • This class focuses on stretching and gaining flexibility in the hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors, hips and quads to achieve split poses. Props like straps and blocks may be used to deepen the stretch. Suitable for all levels.
