Studio policies
These policies help classes start on time and keep the studio safe and enjoyable.
Arriving for class
- We start and end classes on time. There is a strict 5-minute grace period; after that, students cannot be let into class. This policy honours safety in the studio.
Late cancellation and no‑shows
- A late cancellation is a class cancelled less than 12 hours before it starts, or a no-show.
- One class is deducted for a late cancellation or no-show.
If we cancel a class
- The studio may cancel a class with fewer than 2 sign-ups. We will let you know by email or WhatsApp, and no class credit is deducted.
- If we cancel a class you booked twice in a row within a month, we add one extra credit to your class pack.
Purchases
- All purchases are final. Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sharing a pack
- The 10, 20, 30 and 60 class packs can be shared with one other person.
- Trial packs and the 1 Class Pass cannot be shared.
Extensions
- Extensions are granted only with a valid medical certificate stating the doctor-recommended extension period.
Participation and liability
- We reserve the right to refuse participation in our activities or use of our facilities at our discretion.
- The class schedule may change from time to time; thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
- While we strive to create a safe and supportive atmosphere, Align Studio and our teaching staff are not responsible for any injuries, damages or medical problems that may occur during your practice.
