  • The agreements you accept in Momence when you sign up and buy also describe how we use personal data. This notice gives the full picture.
  • We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

  • To prevent and look into fraud, misuse of accounts or packs, and safety incidents.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

Photos and videos

  • We sometimes take photos or videos in class to share on our website and Instagram.
  • We ask you in person before taking or posting a photo or video in which you can be recognised. You can say no.
  • You can ask us later to stop using a photo or video of you, and we'll take it down from our website and Instagram.
  • Please don't photograph or record other students or teachers without their permission.

This website

  • This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
  • It saves one setting in your browser, whether you closed the “install the app” card, and keeps a small offline page on your device so you see a helpful message when you have no connection.
  • Our web host, Cloudflare, handles technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and keeps short-term technical logs.
  • The schedule page shows Momence's booking widget, and booking, buying and signing in happen on Momence. Momence may use cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
  • Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping your data safe

  • We protect personal data with reasonable security arrangements.
  • We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we have used or shared it in the past year.
  • Ask us to correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Withdraw your consent. We'll explain what this means first; for example, we can't take bookings without your contact details.
  • We'll reply as soon as we reasonably can, normally within 30 days, and may need to check your identity first.
  • If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Contact our Data Protection Officer

  • Send questions, requests and complaints about personal data to our Data Protection Officer by email.

The rules for booking, buying and taking part in classes are summarised in our studio policies.
