This is a slow and quiet static hold practice where poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. These long holds help practitioners focus on their breath to calm the mind, while allowing the body to eventually acquire greater ranges of motion through the asanas.
Suitable for all practitioners.

The Yin & Yang Yoga class melds the philosophies of Yin and Yang (Vinyasa) yoga to create an energetically balanced practice that caters to both the body’s need for movement and stillness. In the Yin portion of this class, you’ll engage in a passive, slow-paced practice, where poses are held for an extended period of time (3–5 minutes). This approach is designed to improve flexibility and increase circulation in the joints, providing a gentle and restorative experience. The Yang portion of the class brings a dynamic and energetic flow, building strength, endurance, and vitality. It’s a perfect complement to the calming Yin practice, creating a harmonious blend that invigorates and relaxes.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional practice that emphasizes the art of linking movement with breath. Through a series of carefully choreographed postures, this class guides you in a flow that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility. By nature, it’s a strength-focused practice where arm balances and inversions are introduced as peak postures, challenging both body and mind.
This is a multi-level class suitable for regular practitioners, not first-timers. If you are new to yoga, consider joining a foundational class (Hatha, Stretch & Flow) to become familiar with basic postures and alignments.
